If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return products bought from PLNTS.com within 14 days of receiving them. We will then work with you to find a suitable form of refund.
Please note: perishable products, such as plants, cannot be returned.
Received a Damaged Plant or Something Else Wrong?
If your plant arrived in poor condition or there is another issue with your new green roommate, please use the yellow support widget at the bottom left of our website to contact our customer service. We will do everything we can to make both you and your plant happy again!
Returning Non-Perishable Items
Please download the return form, fill it in, and send it back along with the items you wish to return.
Important details:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for your order.
Exchanging Products
Would you like to exchange a plant pot or another non-perishable item for a different color or size? Please send the item(s) back to us and place a new order. We will refund the cost of the returned item (excluding transport costs) as soon as possible.
Packing and Shipping Returns
- The items are your responsibility until we receive them.
- If possible, reuse the original packaging and ensure all items are securely packed.
- We cannot compensate for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
