Sometimes, despite our efforts, a plant may not reach its full potential. That’s why we offer a 30-day health guarantee from the date of delivery, as long as the plant is still in its original nursery pot.
Settling in your PLNTS:
- Plants may need a few days or weeks to adjust to their new home.
- If your plant struggles after shipping, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.
- Repotting within the first 30 days voids the guarantee.
Damaged plants:
If your plant or product arrives damaged within 30 days, please:
- Take photos of the plant (full view + close-ups of damage)
- Contact our customer support via the support button, email, or WhatsApp
We’ll work together to find the best solution.
Photos are required, and refunds cannot be issued after 30 days.
A few notes:
- All plants are unique; minor differences from product images may occur.
- Once an order is placed, we cannot adjust or cancel it, as we start preparing your order immediately.
