If you wish to return a plant, contact us within 30 days using the Help icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. If your plant arrived damaged or unhealthy, please include a photograph of it when you contact us. We may ask some questions to understand how you’ve been looking after the plant, so one of our PLNTS doctors can diagnose the issue. In every case, we will do our best to help you get your plant back to full health. If we can’t fix the problem, we will provide a replacement or refund.
