Please note that we are unable to provide an exact shipping cost based on your address alone. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, which only becomes clear once all items have been added to your cart. In addition, different carriers apply different tariffs depending on the shipment.
Free Shipping Conditions
- Free shipping may be excluded for certain European islands
- Free shipping may be excluded if your package exceeds standard size dimensions
- Free shipping from €75 does not apply to the following countries:
Bulgaria (BG), Switzerland (CH), Cyprus (CY), Greece (GR), Croatia (HR), Malta (MT), Romania (RO)- For these countries, free shipping applies from €150 instead
Carriers
We work with multiple carriers depending on the destination, package size, and logistical handling on our warehouse floor. The selection of the carrier is made automatically during the shipping process and cannot be manually adjusted.
Our standard carriers are:
- GLS – standard shipments within Europe
- Evri – all shipments to the United Kingdom
- PostNL – shipments within the Netherlands and to Switzerland
- DHL – used for shipments to Germany in specific cases
- DPD - Used for parcels of certain dimensions (big parcels)
