It is not possible to select a pickup point (parcelshop) as the delivery address during checkout. All orders are delivered directly to your shipping address.
Once your order has been collected and shipped by GLS, you will receive a track & trace link by email. From this link, you can view the status of your shipment.
Through the GLS tracking page, it is possible to adjust your delivery preferences in some cases. This includes the option to redirect your parcel to a nearby pickup point, if this service is available for your shipment and location.
Please note that these options are managed by GLS and may vary depending on the destination and delivery conditions.
