The duration of the delivery time depends on which country you place the order from. You can find more information below!
All members of the PLNTS’ community will have their orders shipped on the day after their order is received, except Saturday and Sunday. If you are based in Belgium or The Netherlands these orders should arrive within two working days of your confirmation email being received. However, in rare occasions it may take a little longer. For other countries it varies based on how far it is from The Netherlands and which carrier is used. But don’t worry, our plants can survive up to two weeks inside the box (no plants were harmed while testing this). In the cold season we offer a heat pack for the plants to keep them nice and warm, we also try to insulate the box as much as possible to keep the heat in and the cold out.
