All members of the PLNTS’ community will have their orders shipped on the day after their order is received, except Saturday and Sunday. If you are based in Belgium or The Netherlands these orders should arrive within two working days of your confirmation email being received. However, in rare occasions it may take a little longer. For other countries it varies based on how far it is from The Netherlands and which carrier is used. But don’t worry, our plants can survive up to two weeks inside the box (no plants were harmed while testing this). In the cold season we offer a heat pack for the plants to keep them nice and warm, we also try to insulate the box as much as possible to keep the heat in and the cold out. We are not able to give an exact shipping amount based on only your address. This is because the price is calculated based on dimensions and weight of the package, which is only known when all the items have been added to the cart and you are ready to checkout. On top of that we have different carriers with different tariffs.
